Designed and created by the artist and craftsman Simon Denise, the mobile marquee, a seating area on wheels, made up of several benches that can be attached to each other to form a small train. Once formed into a circle, the train allows a canopy suspended from ropes to unfold, creating an intimate space within the public space. It is a self-supporting structure with no columns or beams.
